I work in the organizational development and leadership field by designing cultures that cohesively bring together employees, and leaders, with the goals of the business. I genuinely enjoy solving organizational problems related to employee engagement, business performance and cultural development. Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Organizational Development and Leadership. Interests, outside of this field, include spending time with the family, volunteer work as well as playing the saxophone or video games.
