Scott Caddy is a PhD candidate for the English – Literature program at ASU. He is also a certificate-seeking student in Digital Humanities. Research interests are Jane Austen (in academia, pop culture, and digital media), digital humanities, and 19th century British literature and culture. In addition, Scott is the manager for the Long 19th Century Colloquium within ASU’s English department. The L19C is a group of faculty and graduate students committed to professionalization and degree completion for MA and PhD-level students within Literature, specifically those focused on 18th or 19th century literature and cultural studies.
