About
Born on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, I have spent most of my life playing or coaching ice hockey. I am interested in how sport forms our identities.
Because of ice hockey, I have lived in the USA, Turkey, Austria, and now Sweden. After completing my MA in Liberal Studies at the University of Maine, I coached at the University of Connecticut and Connecticut College and then moved to Austria to coach at a hockey academy. Currently, I am a coach in Stockholm and working on getting back into the academic field to pursue a Ph.D. Education
