									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks so much! I&#8217;m glad to see some action being taken regarding a more diverse DH and am very eager to see what transpires. So important to do, as y&#8217;all put it, race, gender, ethnicity, sexuality, class in DH, and so important for all of us to welcome greater intellectual diversity(ies). 2013 is off to a great start!</p>
