    Abstract:
Article published in "Le Cabinet d’amateur. Revue d’études perecquiennes" about the nature of algorithmic, Oulipian texts. Georges Perec often cited Paul Klee, claiming that "Genius is the error in the system." This article examines the cases of Raymond Queneau's Cent mille milliards de poèmes and Georges Perec's L'art et la manière d'aborder son chef de service pour lui demander une augmentation, analyzing the algorithmic systems proposed by each author and the errors that ostensibly define the genius of both texts.
