    Abstract:
    This paper determined the extent of utilization of MTB-MLE in Araling Panlipunan and will answer answered the following questions (1) What is the extent of utilization of MTB-MLE in Araling Panlipunan as observed by teachers along language development, cognitive development, academic development and socio-cultural development?; (2) What is the level of observed learning competencies development of pupils in Araling Panlipunan?; (3) Is there a significant relationship between the teachers extent of utilization of MTB-MLE in Araling Panlipunan and their observed learning competency development of pupils’ most essential learning competencies?; (4) What factors influence the utilization of MTB-MLE in Araling Panlipunan? ; (5) What training design maybe proposed based from the result of the study?
