- Abstract:
- The post-Cold War Era has seen several twists and turns, the first of which was the fall of the Berlin Wall, followed by the events of September 11, and then the economic crisis of 2008, then the global pandemic and the subsequent collapse of the economies of the largest countries. Despite that, the United States of America remained the dominant and dominant in international politics, as it is, according to Kissinger, the only actor always. In international issues, which is the case, according to Brzezinski, the ramified amphibious one that overlooks, exists, and has its bases in all continents of the world. Undoubtedly, the Ukrainian crisis was among the interests of the United States, as it became attached to it of utmost importance, and the evidence for this is the early forgetting of the Covid 19 pandemic, and what it will bring about from Future ruin in the economy of countries, especially developing countries, as well as the sanctions imposed on Russia, as well as the state of emergency declared by the European Union regarding this crisis, which suggests that the Ukrainian crisis has re-established the geopolitical narrative of international relations after it was forgotten for a period of time in international politics.
