    Abstract:
This study used a quantitative research design employing a descriptive survey research method. It sought to determine the needs of Grade 6 Completers in Mathematics competencies. The respondents of this study were the 384 Grade 6 completers who are officially enrolled in Nieves Villarica National High School. The statistical tools used in this study were frequency and percentage. It was indicated in the study the five (5) most learned competencies, and the five (5) least learned competencies which are also the needs of the students. Based on the result, the researchers recommended that the teachers should give more emphasis on teaching the least learned competencies. This study offers pedagogical implications that can benefit especially the students and the Mathematics teachers of every school.
