    Abstract:
    The Corona Virus Pandemic has again brought up the term "Vaccine Diplomacy". The path for Globalisation of health i.e. Global Health Diplomacy started in the fourteenth- century and has developed immensely over time. World Health Diplomacy further gave birth to Vaccine Diplomacy. It is the kind of diplomacy, practised in order to frame foreign policies and international relations which is dependent on the Vaccine e.g. exporting or helping in the production of vaccine. It gives effect to "soft power"— which is the capability to attract others and influence public opinion. Therefore, in this Corona Virus Pandemic, nations are now taking the aid of vaccine exportation to influence public opinion and form relationships with as many states as possible by helping them out and be global leader. And in this race, India and China are in the forward position, whereas America has chosen to vaccinate its citizens first. This paper discusses the concept of ‘Vaccine Diplomacy’ in relation to the present scenario of Covid-19 and how this concept can prove to be revolutionary in changing the face of global leadership and can help in evolving the international position of nations and achieving desirable world health.
