    Abstract:
    The present paper deal with the ambiguity of The Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (Prevention and Control) Act, 2017, it also represents the necessary changes regarding self-disclosure of the person infected with HIV/AIDs. Further, it points out the consequence of non-disclosure to either to the temporary partner or fiduciary partner.
