    Abstract:
What are the confluences between library science and digital humanities? How can digital humanists build resources in collaboration with librarians? How culture and politics are shaping the development of digitization practices in Latin America and Europe? This paper aims to answer some of these questions by looking at Proyecto Humboldt Digital and by giving some examples about four TADIRAH activities --capture, enrichment, storage and dissemination-- relevant for both librarians and digital humanists.
