    Abstract:
This presentation explores assessment strategies applied to compare student perceptions of teaching effectiveness and student success outcomes between faculty who actively participate in LMS training opportunities and those who do not. Evidence from institutional data, “rate your instructor” surveys, and help desk interactions emphasizes the need to prioritize faculty development and LMS training.
