    Panel: Career Directions for PhDs in English, Lori Askeland (Wittenberg), Chair Representatives from different types of institutions discuss the job search, whether for tenure-track or non-tenure-track positions or for alt-ac career paths. Topics include not only search mechanics (CVs, letters, interviews) but also identifying passions and opportunities, developing multiyear job-search and career strategies, and negotiating offers.
