    Abstract:
This poster documents recent work done at the John Nicholas Brown Center for Public Humanities and Cultural Heritage (Brown University) to survey the field of public humanities, create an institutional history of the Center through a digital collection of assets, and visualize particular points of emphasis in the intellectual history of the field at the levels of local, national, and global contexts. It also summarizes recent efforts to crowdsource data and dialogue on public humanities via 2017's "Day of Public Humanities" (#DayofPH), an initiative with aims and methodologies similar to the long-running "Day of Digital Humanities" project.
